HOW TO ORDER
We are pleased to accept orders Online, or by Phone or Fax. Our toll free sales lines are open from 8
a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays eastern standard time. Please call Fax orders should be sent to anytime. Mail orders or order confirmations can be sent to 11 High Street, Suffield, CT, 06078.
HOW WE DELIVER
Shipments are normally sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) therefore we need a complete street address for proper delivery. Items can also be sent via express services and are available for overnight
delivery utilizing UPS , as well as, Federal Express. Delivery charges may be charged to your account or
will be added to your order. All shipments are FOB Suffield, CT. Bulk cable may, due to weight or size limitations, be sent via LTL truck.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and DiscoverCard. Established customers with an open ISS account can use Purchase Orders for all their transactions.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of products sold by us if the product is unused and in saleable condition. A return
authorization number must be obtained from the Sales Department prior to you shipping the products back to us.
CUSTOM CABLE, FIBER OPTIC ASSEMBLIES, AND SPECIALLY CONSTRUCTED HARDWARE
Products specially constructed to customer specifications will be built according to those specifications
and we will guarantee the accuracy of the product to the specifications. We can provide, for a nominal
charge, expert design for cables and connecting hardware based upon your specification of the hardware
or devices to be connected. In this case we will guarantee the configuration of the product. Products built to special configurations cannot be returned unless they are incorrectly manufactured by us.
